Petronela Cernat
She obtained his law degree in 2001, within the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest. She continued his professional training with master's studies in the field of European Union law, and with doctoral studies in the field of administrative law. For 15 years she was an assistant and lecturer at the Faculty of Administration and Business of the University of Bucharest. She became a lawyer in 2004.
Before founding Brasoveanu Cernat si Asociatii, she was a senior litigator at the largest and most reputable Romanian law firm.
Andrei Brașoveanu
He attended the Faculty of Law of the Romanian-American University and obtained his law degree in 2000. The following year he obtained the master's degree in Business Law - Commercial Companies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest. He became a lawyer in the same year, and since 2013 he is also an insolvency practitioner.
Prior to founding Brasoveanu Cernat si Asociatii, starting in 2003, Andrei Brasoveanu co-managed one of the most successful medium-sized law firms, with a team of over 30 lawyers.
